Job Title: Front Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Catoosa

Pay: $25

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-rounded and highly organized Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in greeting visitors and employees, supporting onboarding processes, assisting with staff events, managing badge and access systems, record keeping, reporting, and general administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Serve as the first point of contact for front office inquiries (in person, phone, email).

Support onboarding efforts for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientation logistics.

Assist with the planning and execution of staff events and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage and maintain badge/access control systems, ensuring security protocols are followed.

Maintain accurate and organized records, including personnel files and office logs.

Generate routine reports for management and support data collection as needed.

Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, filing, supply ordering, and communications.

Ensure the front office and common areas are tidy, stocked, and presentable.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recent experience in an administrative, front office, or customer service role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
