Job Title: Staff AccountantAbout the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting core accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and banking activities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of accounting principles. As the company continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to expand into forecasting and budgeting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.

Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

Handle banking operations and ensure compliance with bank requirements.

Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.

Maintain and optimize ERP system usage.

Assist in forecasting and budgeting initiatives as the role evolves.

Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable.

Strong balance sheet reconciliation skills.

Proficiency in general ledger management.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Familiarity with month-end reporting processes.

Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Additional Qualifications

Willingness to travel for 1-2 weeks of on-site training in Pennsylvania.

Eagerness to grow into forecasting and budgeting responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
