Construction Project Manager (Restaurant or Retail Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of restaurant and retail construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multiple buildouts, remodels, and renovations within the restaurant or retail sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and procurement processes.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and design standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks or delays.
Manage change orders, cost tracking, and contract compliance.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and client specifications.
Support the development of new restaurant or retail locations, including remodels, rebrands, and rollouts.

$90,000 - $130,000 a year
