Shift: Full Time, 3rd Shift (M-F: 10pm-6:30am)

Salary: $75,582 - $94,477 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:?

The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times

You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices

As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team

Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:?

Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of related experience or 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:?

Master's Degree
