Responsibilities:
Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, change spark plugs, etc.
Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators (including DC & AC voltage equipment)
Work independently with a work vehicle serving residential standby generators.
Install Generac Generators
Qualifications:
Maintenance & repair, troubleshooting and field service skills, specifically with generators
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Experience in generator maintenance and servicing preferred, but not necessary. We will train
Knowledge of electrical systems and components
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license
