Job Description
The Executive Floor Concierge will be a poised and service-oriented professional with the primary responsibility to host and support board members, senior executives, and distinguished guests in a high-touch corporate environment. This role blends hospitality, event coordination, and vendor management to deliver exceptional experiences that reflect our brand's commitment to excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Executive Hosting & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting executives and board members
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with discretion, professionalism, and warmth
Coordinate logistics for meetings, accommodations, transportation, and dining
Event & Hospitality Coordination
Plan and execute high-level corporate events, dinners, and receptions
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution, including security and the internal events team
Maintain a refined atmosphere in executive lounges and meeting spaces
Vendor & Relationship Management
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with hospitality and service vendors
Ensure vendor performance aligns with company standards and expectation
Customer Service Excellence
Deliver personalized, anticipatory service with a focus on discretion and confidentiality
Resolve issues swiftly and professionally, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Proven executive presence and ability to interact confidently with senior leaders
Exceptional communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal
Background in hospitality, events, or luxury service environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Experience managing vendors and coordinating logistics in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in a corporate concierge, executive assistant, or hospitality leadership role
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred
Familiarity with high-end service standards and luxury hospitality protocols
Proficiency in scheduling tools, travel and car service arrangements and meeting and events audio/visual technology

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
