Job Title: 2nd Shift- HVAC Assembler

Location: Windsor, CT

Pay: $22.47 per hour

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled HVAC Assembler to join our team in Windsor, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling refrigeration systems on air conditioning units using a variety of specialized tools. If you have experience in HVAC assembly and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble refrigeration components to specifications using tools such as pipe cutters, pipe benders, oxy-propane welding sets, flaring tools, taps, and drills

Perform pressure and leak testing on completed assemblies

Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and sketches

Maintain a clean and organized individual work area

Keep a daily time log of work completed using manufacturing or production travelers

Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in assembling industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Skilled in soldering and working with copper fittings

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools such as a scale or tape measure

Other Skills and Abilities:

Basic computer skills preferred

Education and Certifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required
