Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in Encino, California. This contract to hire position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to customers. You will play a key role in handling inquiries, managing communication channels, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support customer needs.

Manage email correspondence to provide timely and accurate information.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and ensure accuracy.

Schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Utilize VoIP systems to manage customer communications effectively.

Process orders and ensure they are entered accurately into the system.

Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and document customer information.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

Requirements

Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role.

Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Competency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes.

Ability to manage email correspondence and communicate effectively.

Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
