Customer Service Evaluator

Our client, industry-leading in customer experience solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Evaluator to join their team. As a Customer Service Evaluator, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance team supporting client operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Evaluator

Location: McAllen, TX, with remote work options available

Pay Range: $14.00

Shift:

What's the Job?

Conduct telephone evaluations by following structured scenarios to assess customer service quality

Document interactions in detail, including metrics such as response time, information accuracy, and appointment setting

Provide objective feedback based on call evaluations to support continuous improvement

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies during all evaluations

Collaborate with team members to ensure evaluation standards are consistently met

What's Needed?

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to follow structured scenarios and document interactions accurately

Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote evaluations

Previous experience in customer service or quality assurance is a plus
