Our client, a dynamic organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the support staff, assisting with snack and beverage program management, stocking, and various office tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate friendliness, positivity, and a proactive attitude, which will help foster a welcoming environment and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range:

Shift: 6 hours per day, Monday through Saturday (with some Saturdays for special requests)

What's the Job?

Assist with snack and beverage program management and stock replenishment

Help with incoming shipments, including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary

Support office tasks and collaborate with the Front Desk/Office Manager

Maintain a friendly and positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment

Assist with special event setups and other ad hoc duties as needed

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when handling shipments

Friendly, positive personality with excellent communication skills

Availability to work 6 hours daily, Monday through Saturday

Bilingual skills in Spanish or Tagalog are a bonus but not mandatory
