Overview:

One of our top Logistics clients is looking to add a well versed Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to their team to assist with greeting visitors, calendar management, and overall office administrative tasks. This role is completely onsite.

Description

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls; provide general information or route to appropriate staff.

Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

Prepare materials for meetings and events, including documents, catering, and logistics.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.

Assist with property management tasks such as billing, collections, and tenant communications.

Manage office supplies, IT support coordination, and facility maintenance.

Support internal communications and assist with marketing and development initiatives.

Plan and manage broker and client events.

Handle invoice coding and processing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of administrative or front desk experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

High school diploma or GED required; experience in commercial real estate preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
