As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. Key Responsibilities

Travel 90% throughout the US to various customer sites

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical technical issues for customers

Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance

Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex electrical technical solutions

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in project management and execution

Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

Certifications in Electrical Industry such as Journeyman License, Masters License, State Electrical Licenses
