Job Description

Responsible for performing the activities required to provide support to Mortgage personnel for operational issues and inquiries.

Performs manual or automated quality reviews, general management procedures, review workflow, control updates in Archer system

Analyzes, develops, recommends, and communicates policies and procedures affecting the Mortgage business line.

Interfaces with other internal departments and vendors to help ensure operational soundness and system compatibility. Provides overall problem resolution for operational and system issues.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically, five or more years of mortgage or related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of Bank's operational policies, procedures, products, and services

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Proven customer service/relations skills

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $23.65 - $31.54
