Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a crucial role in assisting with the Flexo machines that fold, stack, and package finished products. In this position, you will be responsible for feeding raw stock into the machines and ensuring seamless operations. While the tasks may vary daily, they typically involve repetitive activities.

Responsibilities

Assist with the operation of Flexo machines.

Feed raw stock into the machines efficiently.

Ensure quality control by inspecting and packaging products.

Set up and load machines for production runs.

Perform general labor tasks and maintain a clean work area.

Essential Skills

Experience in machine operating or manufacturing.

Demonstrated longevity at previous jobs.

Strong abilities in inspection, packaging, and quality control.

Capability to consistently lift 10-30 lbs.

Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year or more of manufacturing experience.

Experience with larger-scale manufacturing processes.

Work Environment

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday

This is a position based out of FORT ATKINSON, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
