Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dana Point, California. In this position, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism.

Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.

Process and input customer orders using the appropriate systems.

Communicate with clients via email to provide timely updates and support.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and manage customer-related documents.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

Strong ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.

Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word in a setting that requires attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence.

Ability to prioritize tasks, schedule appointments, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of order entry processes and systems is a plus.
