Our client, a prominent organization in the education sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Anderson, SC

Pay Range:

Shift: Part-Time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and preparing statistical reports.

Handle information requests efficiently and accurately.

Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and receiving visitors.

Arrange conference calls and coordinate scheduling of meetings.

Assist in managing daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic office software and tools.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
