Accounting Assistant / Invoicing Specialist

Remote (Must be located within 2 hours of Reading, PA)

Up to $25.00 per hour

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist to join our client's team! This is a remote position for candidates located within a two-hour radius of Reading, PA. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and upload invoices into customer portals such as Ariba, Textura, and Coupa.

Manage a shared email inbox, responding to customer invoice requests and routing inquiries to appropriate team members.

Assist Credit Analysts with new account setup and documentation.

Support Accounting, Credit & Collections, and Customer Service departments with inquiries related to customer portals, intercompany accounts, cash receipts, and audits.

Perform additional administrative and accounting support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or BaaN.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Self-motivated and adaptable to learning new processes and systems.

Location: Remote (within 2 hours of Reading, PA)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 per hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire
