Continuous Improvement specialist for MBC: Collaborating with PCU/APU Lead and other transversal functions (e.g. HSE, Quality, ENG, to create a culture of Continuous Improvement). Working with all levels of leadership to realize CI value and impact, escalating issues if necessary. Collaborating with the HSE SC specialist to support at best the PCU on HSE activities and CI process. Trains and coaches, the team on problem solving and root cause analysis tools Facilitates the Level 1 CI process, including coordinating CI projects prioritization. Leads the development and continuous improvement of role cards and standard work plans Leads Level 1 CI meeting, ensuring the CI board is updated by project owners. Contributes to CI projects at Level 2 CI meeting and escalates to Level 2 major impacts caused by activities of other units Interface to Global Supply Planning to align standards channel improvements into the site SC

Main Responsibilities:
Implement and manage site-level KPIs to measure Supply Chain performance.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment for KPI calculations across all sources.
Monitor and report monthly Supply Chain performance at PCU/APU and site levels.
Conduct root cause analysis to address performance issues effectively.
Act as liaison between units, facilitating communication on operational impacts.
Analyze data to support prioritization and escalation decisions for PCU Lead.
Create and maintain Pareto analyses of losses for Level 1 +QDCI meetings.
Actively participate in daily Level 1 +QDCI meetings, potentially rotating between multiple PCUs.
About You
Bachelor's degree in science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field with 3 years of experience, or master's degree with 1+ year of experience
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

The salary range for this position is:
$108,750.00 - $157,083.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
