Head Of AML& Sanctions

Description

Lead the development and execution of AML and OFAC compliance programs

Oversee KYC, transaction monitoring, screening, and QA/testing functions

Manage SAR reporting and law enforcement requests (e.g., 314(a))

Own AML systems and model validation processes

Conduct enterprise-wide AML/OFAC risk assessments

Serve as primary contact for internal/external audits and regulatory exams

Administer firmwide BSA/OFAC training programs

Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly

Skills

AML, Leadership, risk assessment, Audit Readiness, KYC, Juris Doctor (J.D.) (Preferred), Prior experience as Head of AML or Head of Sanctions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $230000.00/yr.
