As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Lancaster, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, support a secure environment, and provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism. This is a driving post, where you will utilize your valid driver's license to conduct patrols throughout the property. Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity during patrols.

Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding security-related matters.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the location.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

What We're Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
