What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas of the property to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.
Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or incidents as needed.
Assist with emergency response activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
