What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Work in varied environments and conditions as required by the location, adapting to different areas within the manufacturing and industrial site.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
