Our Team. Our Passion. Our Approach. Key Responsibilities Support Cycle Count program adhering to finance requirements. Ability to analyze and reconciliation IQMS inventory and cycle count variances. Root Cause and work with associated groups to fix structural issues. Identify training requirements for associates and provide suitable training and guidance. Ability to solve problems and make effective decision in a fast pace environment. Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks. Conducts audits maintaining accurate inventory and cycle count compliance. Provides daily/weekly/monthly inventory reporting and metrics. Provides continuous improvement ideas and initiatives. Monitor BOM/structural compliance under business initiatives.Shift: 1st shift-The base salary range for this role is $26.00. Qualifications Familiar with production reporting and inventory control in ERP systems, IQMS a plus. Minimum 2-year experience in Coordinating or problem-solving Inventory Control Role. Exposure to Lean principles, including 5S, Visual Management, continuous improvement, and pull systems. Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Inventory Control/Shipping/Receiving experience. Effective communication up and down the organization. Experience with Microsoft Windows Applications (Excel, Word, etc.) Documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. Initiate and analyze reporting to monitor and improve operations. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated commitment to safety. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must pass pre-employment and random drug screen.Education High school diploma or equivalent required.Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.This job description describes the general nature and level of work expected of a person assigned to this position.
