We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply understand key day-to-day interactions and tasks across the organization that will benefit from efficiencies created through Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Manage the entire software product lifecycle from concept to launch, including maintaining a backlog of features and functions in the form of multi-year, multi-release product roadmaps

Lead cross-functional business requirements definition, particularly in AI and other business functions, which require strategic systems improvements, with a focus on technology-enabled processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, process owners, IT team members and business leadership to define product needs and requirements.

Facilitate communication between business users, IT applications/development, IT infrastructure, and IT support to execute software development sprints

Organize steering and operating teams comprised of business leaders to drive AI adoption, share best practices, and to advance the overall enterprise AI initiative

Provide input and management oversight to adjacent functionality residing in other, integrated systems

Assess data quality and feasibility for AI applications, ensuring that products can adapt and learn from user interactions.

Develop budgets and resources plans aligned to project and program demand

Competencies and skills

Bachelor's degree or related experience with information technology or software product development

10-15 years of software product management experience, including both UX and functional application design

Prior experience in AI products and/or Field Service applications is a plus

Experience working in a medium to large enterprise setting

Experience with modern systems development methodologies and tools

Ability to work effectively as a partner to business leaders and executives

Detail-oriented, self-directed and possesses excellent communication skills.

Leadership and team motivation skills

Ability to work independently in a high stress, multiple task environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
