Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Romulus, MI

Pay Range: $20/hr.

Shift: 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Interact with customers to provide information about products and services

Handle and resolve customer complaints related to service or billing issues

Perform activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills

Respond to inquiries and notify customers of claim investigation results and planned adjustments

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
