Description

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a company focused on simplifying open enrollment processes and enhancing employee benefits administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to benefit plans and enrollment processes.

Assist clients in navigating complex benefit administration tasks with clarity and professionalism.

Accurately input alphanumeric and numeric data into company systems to ensure seamless operations.

Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage communications, track information, and create documentation.

Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver strategic communication plans that enhance employee engagement.

Conduct business and conversational communication in Spanish when required to support diverse clientele.

Participate in comprehensive training sessions to gain industry-specific knowledge and skills.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling sensitive information.

Continuously improve processes and suggest solutions to streamline administrative tasks.

Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate professionally in English and Spanish

Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Word for efficient documentation and communication.

Ability to conduct business and casual conversations in Spanish.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Willingness to participate in extensive training to develop industry-specific expertise.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
