Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. You will be responsible for efficiently operating forklifts and handling materials to support our operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate a sit down and stand up forklift, including order picker and side loader.

Pull orders and ensure they are stocked effectively.

Put materials away in appropriate areas upon receipt.

Assemble boxes for outbound shipments.

Operate shrink wrap machines.

Use scan gun to track cycle counts.

Receive and repackage materials for shipping.

Clean shrink wrap and cardboard; mop as needed.

Perform janitorial duties.

Essential Skills

1+ years of warehouse experience.

Strong motivation and initiative.

Ability to operate a forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to use RF scanner.

Work Environment

You will work in a very clean warehouse environment that supplies components for injection molding manufacturers. The facility has recently undergone an expansion, doubling in size, and operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The warehouse is equipped with the latest technology and provides a supportive work atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
