Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and organized environment. The role is fully onsite and requires excellent organizational and communication skills to support day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

Perform scanning and document management to ensure records are up-to-date.

Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management as needed.

Handle inbound calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Support back-office operations, including administrative tasks and record-keeping.

Collaborate with team members to complete various office projects.

Maintain an organized workspace.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, though not required.

Detail-oriented demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
