As a vital member of the administrative support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and supporting internal teams and external partners. Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Location: Newburyport, MA

Pay Range: $26-28/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5/6:00 PM

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.

Prepare reports and maintain organized filing systems to ensure quick access to information.

Serve as a bilingual point of contact, facilitating clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, including personnel and payroll documents.

Assist with general office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating logistics, and supporting team members to maintain workflow.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of HR-related tasks is a plus but not required.
