We're seeking a full-time Event Set up Supervisor. This position requires open availability. You're schedule will be reflective of booked events / business needs.

What are you responsible for?

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Event Set Up Team as the Event Set Up Supervisor.

The Event Setup Supervisor will work closely with the leaders of the Event Services (Banquets) & Setup team, to set up an outstanding experience for our guests and Meeting Planners. This Supervisor will report to the Event Setup Manager and Assistant Event Setup managers.

They will supervise the set-up of the rooms for meetings and banquets. The Event Setup Supervisor will ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained, and that the Event Setup Team has the tools and resources to be successful.

Qualifications:

Hospitality, Event, and/or Food & Beverage leadership experience

availability to work a varying schedule, including overnights, weekends, and holidays

desire to create exceptional experiences for guests and colleagues

a desire to be Detail Oriented

the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

strong communication skills

the ability to push, pull, and lift moderate to heavy weight consistently throughout shift

Bi-lingual preferred
