Project Overview:

A client of Insight Global is undertaking a major data migration project, transferring approximately 3,600 active cases from Camp Legal to SharePoint. This project is expected to take about one month to complete.

Position Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of case files and related information from our current system (Camp Legal) to SharePoint. This is a temporary, project-based position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, organize, and transfer case data from Camp Legal to SharePoint.

Ensure all case files, documents, and metadata are accurately entered and properly categorized.

Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity throughout the migration process.

Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

Track progress and report on completion status regularly.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support (legal or immigration experience preferred but not required).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (experience with SharePoint is a plus).

Reliable internet connection and computer.

Available to work flexible hours, ideally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM in your local time zone.
