Description

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract to permanent basis in St. Rose, Louisiana. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks while providing exceptional support to both visitors and internal staff. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.

Perform general administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, and faxing.

Communicate directly with mortgage companies to coordinate necessary paperwork.

Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Provide support to other team members on a variety of projects as needed.

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-organized.

Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong skills in conducting internet research efficiently.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
