Job Title: Field Administrator

Job Description

The Field Administrator provides administrative, customer, and company relations support, along with facility management to ensure seamless operations within the organization. This role, under the supervision of the Area Supervisor, is crucial in organizing and managing area billing, reporting, and other daily office activities.

Responsibilities

Lead area billing, reporting, and daily office operations.

Support field construction management and crews as required.

Assemble and maintain final job packages for handover to the billing team.

Identify issues and escalate them to management when necessary.

Maintain professional appearance at all times.

Essential Skills

Ability to work with individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

High commitment to achieving goals and tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Administrative preferred.

Associate Degree or higher preferred.

Experience in the utility or construction industry is a plus.

Basic billing experience.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

High School diploma required.

Work Environment

The work environment is a corporate office setting with a business casual dress code. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5/6 pm, and Friday is a half-day ending by 2-3 pm. The role requires adaptability to work on a construction site, often in a well-equipped trailer

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
