Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime: Available based on workload

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our plastic injection molding operations. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely. You'll work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

What You'll Do

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment

Conduct mold changeovers and assist with installations and removals

Support startup, shutdown, and quality control processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience maintaining molding machines (plastic injection preferred)

Ability to perform mold installations, removals, and changeovers

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work occasional overtime based on production needs

Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $83200.00/yr.
