The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
The Workcloud Task Management (WTM) team develops and supports the Workcloud Task Manager product, a critical tool used by over 100 Zebra customers. The team provides significant value to the organization, contributing an annual revenue of approximately $30 million.

Responsibilities:
Proto@type, develop, and deliver one high-priority product feature MVP
Conduct a technological Proof of Concept (POC) for emerging AI integration
Design and deploy a specialized AI agent for internal team velocity enhancement
Explore and define 3-5 potential, high-value features for the roadmap
Standardize and improve crucial product and developer documentation
Quantifiably measure the impact of developed AI tools on team efficiency
Present final project deliverables and transfer all technical knowledge
Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
Increase technology knowledge and skills
Develop team-based work proficiencies
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN KENNESAW, GA. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Must have an anticipated graduation date in May 2026 for undergraduate students or between 2026 - 2028 for graduate students
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful completion of academic AI projects
Proficiency in Git/version control
Critical thinking
Problem-solving skills
Experience with diverse teams
Core Language: Expert proficiency in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience building models using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch frameworks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 29.00 - USD 40.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
