Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay rate: $21 - $24/HR

Location: Richmond, CA

Shift: Greaveyard 7pm-530 am (Mon.-Thu)

Position: Temporary 3-4 months

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers. You will be responsible for picking, staging, and loading orders for next-day delivery using a variety of material handling equipment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and adherence to safety protocols in a physically active warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately build and stage case orders for delivery routes per invoice.

Load trucks according to computerized schematics.

Operate various warehouse equipment, including:

Forklift, Order Picker, Pallet Jack, Reach Truck

Keg Fork, Dock Stocker, Slip-Sheet Lift, Clamp Truck, Floor Scrubber

Handle replenishment of beverage products and incoming shipments.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.

Support cleaning, maintenance, and general labor duties as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Preferred Experience:

Case picking experience in a warehouse or beverage distribution environment.

Beverage picking and product handling (alcohol, soft drinks, etc.).

Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a strong plus. Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 65 lbs repeatedly.

Stand, walk, bend, and reach (including overhead) for extended periods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting. Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Experience with beverage handling, case picking, or pallet building strongly preferred.

Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
