Chemistry Laboratory Assistant - 2nd Shift

UL Solutions is hiring a Laboratory Assistant! Join our chemistry team in Lowell, AR (Onsite) and support critical testing operations that help build a safer world. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

This role is for a PM Shift, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 1pm to 9:30pm.

Supports laboratory testing by preparing equipment, performing tests, and recording results. Setting up and maintaining basic test equipment and work areas. Conducting tests using standard lab tools and following defined test plans. Recording, interpreting, and reporting test results using charts, graphs, and reports. Reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions. Assisting with customer sample evaluations and communicating during test setups. Using computer systems to input data and operate relevant software. Collaborating with engineers and technicians, reporting observations and data. Continuously learning lab methods, tools, and systems. Following UL's Code of Conduct and all security protocols. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Higher Secondary Education. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must.
