FTE: 1.0, Shift: 8-4, Schedule: M-F Position Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently develops and implements research project procedures that meet research objectives and ensure compliance with all aspects of Institution, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and sponsor regulations pertaining to clinical research in human subjects (e.g. investigator financial disclosure requirements of the FDA). Responsibilities Develops and continually assesses priorities to ensure that projects are executed successfully and completed within required time frames to meet research objective. Follows guidelines for identifying subject populations, complete forms, questionnaires, and clinic procedures for collecting and summarizing observations and data. Retrieves medication under the direction of a licensed health care practitioner; maintain and monitor drug accountability records. Prepares for and participate in study monitor visits. Documents study visits and procedures in timely way for accurate recordkeeping to include financial accrual, source document and eCRF completion, etc. Identify and report all unanticipated and other adverse/serious adverse events, as well as protocol deviations, violations or exceptions. Modifies procedures for collecting and summarizing data. Requirements Bachelors' degree preferred in science, healthcare or other related fields. Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience within a healthcare setting serving as a coordinator independently managing late phase drug and device trials. Experience using electronic data capture software required; Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS). CPR required. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $62,608.00 - $90,106.00 USD.
