Details : We are seeking a skilled Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. Key duties include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and fixing system issues, managing customer service interactions, and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Diagnose and fix issues within HVAC systems efficiently.

Manage customer service interactions professionally and courteously.

Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

EPA Universal Certification.

Work Environment

The role involves service and maintenance work in Dade and Broward areas. A company vehicle is provided. Technicians are expected to have basic tools such as hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, and knives; all other necessary equipment is supplied.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
