Nurse Practitioner

WellSpan Medical Group - Medical Oncology & Hematology

WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Oncology & Hematology team in Adams County. Our organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 250 care locations, nine hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. WellSpan Health is a team of 23,000 healthcare professionals committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicine's next generation of physicians, advanced practice providers and leaders.

About the Position

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Full-time 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. After completing orientation, the NP will participate in a night/weekend call rotation approximately 1:4. The APP will be supported by physician backup during call rotation.

Responsible for 9+ patients per day, infusion room oversight, consultations, and follow-up visits in collaboration with the attending physician(s)

The practice is currently staffed by 3 Board Certified Medical Oncology/Hematology Physicians. This is a well-established, growing practice with two of the three physicians employed greater than 5 years.

Must have a Master's degree and be board certified as a Nurse Practitioner. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license.
