What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the location.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets at the logistics and distribution location.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
