Our client, a dynamic organization in the office support sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Office department supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a professional demeanor, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Steubenville

Pay Range: 20/hr

Shift: Dayshift

What's the Job?

Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations

Utilize Microsoft Office products to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Learn new programs quickly to enhance productivity and efficiency

Maintain organized records and manage correspondence

Dress professionally to uphold the company's standards and image

What's Needed?

Basic proficiency in bookkeeping and Microsoft Office applications

Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow
