Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Assist in preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements.

Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory requirements.

Support audits by providing documentation and reports as required.

Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

CPA certification or progression toward CPA qualification is preferred but not required.

1-3 years of accounting experience in a corporate, public accounting, or related environment (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
