Maintenance Technician

DESCRIPTION: Assists in managing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

To be able to fix minor plumbing such as leaking facets or toilets, and unplugging drains

To be able to fix minor electrical problems such as broken outlets, preventative maintenance (oiling fans, cleaning vents et).

To be able to do minor carpentry work such as replacing doors, broken shingles, cleaning rain gutters, holes in the walls, checking and replacing weather stripping. Painting when and where needed.

Complete maintenance request(s) as requested and return it to the appropriate person when complete.

Will work closely with LeadMaintenance Technician
