Summary of Job Description: This will serve as a detailed outline to define the work that needs to be performed in a job and the functions that an associate is accountable for. (Sections 1 & 2 below)
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position (2-3 sentences)
This is a temporary academic position in which the adjunct faculty member is responsible for instruction and evaluation of students in an classroom and lab setting within the discipline of Microbiology. Courses would include Microbiology with associated laboratories. Successful candidate must have a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline and be available for day and/or evening classes.
