Job Title: Project SuperintendentJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Superintendent, where you will play a crucial role in managing the construction of a significant DOJ renovation project in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing construction activities across multiple floors to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and end client to provide updates on project progress.

Complete daily reports to track construction activities and progress.

Assist general superintendents with ordering and logistics to support project needs.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Superintendent in construction.

Experience in commercial construction and interior construction projects.

Proficient in subcontractor management and construction supervision.

Familiarity with OSHA 30 regulations, project scheduling, and construction safety.

Strong skills in blueprint reading and schedule management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with mid to large-scale project management.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to organize projects effectively and efficiently.

Work Environment

Work onsite with a large construction team on one of the biggest interior projects in Washington, DC. The role offers the opportunity to engage in multiple projects ready for construction upon completion of the current project. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Alexandria, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
