Senior Global Sales Training Manager - Medical Device/Capital Equipment (United States)
As a Global Sales Training Manager, you draw from your own sales experience to drive Philips' commercial success by designing and deploying globally aligned, scalable programs that close capability gaps, accelerate sales excellence adoption, and enable high-impact New Product Introductions across equipment and service portfolios.
Your role:
Conduct global sales capability and training gap analyses across regions and business units. Identify needs and inform targeted development strategies.
Design and implement scalable sales excellence programs for NPIs, portfolios, and services. Ensure flexibility and alignment with global business priorities.
Create high-impact content, toolkits, and training materials for diverse global audiences. Facilitate engaging sessions that drive learning and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and unify frameworks. Foster alignment across business units, regions, and stakeholders.
Streamline tools and processes, measure program impact, and drive continuous improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance sales training effectiveness.
You're the right fit if:
You bring 8+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within medical devices or healthcare technology, with proven success engaging health systems and executive-level decision makers.
You have expertise in sales training design, content creation, and facilitation, and are skilled in delivering impactful learning experiences across global teams. Bonus : Deep knowledge of ultrasound and imaging use across clinical environments and the ability to position Philips' differentiated value effectively.
You hold a Bachelor's degree (required); a Master's in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, supported by a strong academic foundation in strategic and commercial excellence.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Travel up to 15% (including globally).
You are a strong communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive in matrixed organizations managing global priorities.
You're confident working cross-functionally with product, service, education, and commercial teams to align technical training with broader business goals. You think like an owner-comfortable building the vision, driving execution, and measuring impact.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
