We are seeking a Department Administrative Assistant to support our Immigration department in our Minneapolis office. As a valued team member, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to the department. Do you deftly handle multiple tasks? This position will be on-site, and work hours are 8:15 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In this role, you will: Input, track, and receive tasks using legal services workflow system. Assist with entering attorneys time, ensure accuracy by proofreading, using spellcheck and appropriate task codes to comply with firm policies. Organize electronic documents in Outlook, document management system, and shared network drives. Organize physical files and other hard copy materials. Scan, fax, and photocopy documents. Process reimbursement requests, check requests, and vendor invoices in the expense management system. Prepare outgoing mail, shipping labels, certified mail, and assist with large mailings. Prepare binders, indexes, and labels; assist with organization of materials. Schedule conference rooms and visiting attorney offices; order catering as needed. Provide administrative support directly for first and second year associates, as requested. Provide backup coverage for Client Services Coordinator, as requested (varies by office). May be requested to perform other duties not listed above. This range represents Dorsey s good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting.
