Team Member Services Coord

BayCare is hiring a creative and organized Team Member Services Coordinator to lead recognition and engagement initiatives across multiple hospitals, including Morton Plant, Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin, NorthBay, St. Anthony's, and BayCare Alliant. This on-site role plays a vital part in enhancing our culture and strengthening team member connection through meaningful celebrations and recognition programs.

What You'll Do:

Plan and execute large-scale events like BayCare Week, Thanks Days, holiday celebrations, and service award programs

Lead a cross-functional Team Member Committee to promote fun, collaboration, and connection

Design and manage recognition programs like High Five and monthly awards

Partner with leaders and team members to ensure programs reflect BayCare's values and culture

Manage vendor relationships, event logistics, and program budgets

Coordinate communications, marketing, and payroll deduction tracking for team member programs

The Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization

Comfortable working on-site with occasional nights and weekends

Can both independently and in a team

Comfortable with technology such as Canva, Kudoboard for designing and marketing events

Experienced in working large scale events serving 300+ people

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in event planning, employee engagement, hospitality, or related field (3-5 years preferred)
