Know your Right to Work.Job Description GPI is seeking an Operations Manager shall report to the Traffic Management Center on a daily basis and will report directly to the County's Project Manager. The Operations Manager may be required to perform some field work, attend meetings, or visit other remote Traffic Management facilities.The Operations Manager will be given workspace and a computer. For more information, visit: www.gpinet.comResponsibilities:Work performed shall include the daily supervision of Operations at the Traffic Management Center.Review of Traffic Signal Timing modificationsDatabase ManagementTraffic Management Policies and ProcedureAssist with IT administrative tasksPersonnel TrainingWebsite and social mediaPublic Information and Municipal LiaisonVarious administrative tasks assigned by the County's Project ManagerQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field being common.Minimum five (5) years of experience in operations or management.Ability to convey instruction and provide training in a classroom @type environment.Ability to create lesson plans and power point presentations for training staffKnowledge of network architecture and must possess basic computer skills.Knowledge of traffic signal timing, time space diagrams and signal progressions.Ability to interact with and provide direction to subordinates.Ability to perform and supervise various administrative activities.Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final considerationPossess a personal vehicle for use on or around a job siteRead, write, and understand plans and directions given in the Eng
